John Orrock

Executive Chairman

John is responsible for leading investment strategy, performance and corporate governance oversight. John is an entrepreneur with global experience in developed and emerging markets, playing a key advisory and investment role in start-ups as well as enterprise growth and diversification planning. Highly regarded for driving offshore delivery and regional business development for high-growth companies, identifying IP, talent and market opportunities in early-stage ventures. John formerly founded and successfully exited OKERE Consulting to Fujitsu Consulting, and Global One, which merged into Cloud Sherpas before being exited to Accenture.

John is also an ongoing advisor to members of Microsoft’s Global Leadership Team.

Chris Lee

Managing Director

Chris is responsible for leading origination, financing, structuring and asset management. Prior to Future Now Ventures, Chris held several senior executive finance and operations roles across various IT sectors, including the regional expansion of Cloud Sherpas, which saw over 10 times revenue growth in 4 years. Prior to Cloud Sherpas, Chris held the role of CFO at Kamco (now part of NTT), who were awarded a $494M contract to be the technology and operating partner for the Victorian Public Transport Ticketing System. Chris is a highly experienced finance and operations professional, specialising in assisting fast-growth global consulting services, technology and network integration companies.

Giacomo Gaetani

Principal

Giacomo is responsible for deal execution, asset management, monitoring and reporting. Previously, Giacomo worked at Prostar Capital where he was a Vice President and responsible for deal execution and asset management / monitoring. At Prostar, Giacomo covered the spectrum of energy and energy infrastructure investments including investing and managing assets in South Korea, U.S. and the UAE. Prior to Prostar, Mr. Gaetani was a Project Manager with RungePincockMinarco, an independent consulting firm based in Sydney, Australia.

Arvin Rafol

Strategic Operations

Arvin is a CPA and an accredited tax agent in the Philippines. He is responsible for all aspects of finance and reporting for the Philippine operations. He supports FN portfolio companies on areas of transaction advisory, due diligence, company formation and maintenance, tax compliance and strategic planning.

Greg Martin

Greg was the CEO of AGL for five years, during which time AGL was a top 50 ASX-listed company and Australia’s largest downstream energy company. Subsequent to AGL he was the Head of Challenger’s infrastructure portfolio and Managing Director of Murchison Metals. Greg’s other current non-executive board roles include Chairman of Sydney Desalination Plant, Chairman of Iluka Resources, Director of Spark Infrastructure and Deputy Chairman of Western Power.

Kat has over 20 years’ experience creating and running large internet based businesses. Currently, Kat holds a number of non-executive Director roles, one of which is with Class Ltd, an ASX listed software business. Previously, Kat was Senior Director of Microsoft Store online where she managed the sales and merchandising team across 232 geographies. Prior to that, Kat led the inception of the Xbox Games Marketplace, setting the business vision, strategy and technical execution to enable Xbox’s billion dollar business globally.

Doug was a previous founder of Okere Consulting, alongside John Orrock, and has held management roles within JP Morgan, News Ltd, and Macquarie. Doug excels in operational improvement and has worked as a consultant with Boston Consulting and Accenture. He has helped start-ups and large organisations successfully transform the way they work in Australia, Asia, North America and Europe. Currently, Doug is the Managing Partner of Adaptovate, which he founded to help business teams rapidly scale innovation across their organisations so they can adapt, grow, and sustain success in global markets. Adaptovate acts as senior advisor to the Boston Consulting Group.
